Senior Pastors Terry and Richard Dutton

Founders of Promise Church. Pastor's Rick and Terri Dutton have been married for 42 years, they started dating while

attending Portland Bible College and went into ministry as Youth Pastors in 1979. They

are excited to have raised three powerful children who have been involved in many

areas of ministry today. Pastor Rick worked as a police officer for twenty-sev

 Troy and Alicia have been serving as our youth pastors since January 2022.Both Troy and Alicia went to Bible college and have a heart for the youth of our community. They are happily married with two young children. Troy and Alicia want to see the youth of our community living fearlessly for the Lord. In our day and age it is imperative that we sow into our 

Worship Pastors Chris and Jaz Depuy

Pastors Chris and Jaz are Elders/Worship Pastors at Promise. They have been a part of the Promise Church since its inception. Starting and doing youth ministry, music ministry, leadership and everything in between. Chris and Jaz passionately love the church and believe that the best is yet to come.
